This article explains the function, meaning, and design of a construction project from its spatial , design, and detail design aspects using the Cultural Garden (文博园) Museum in Nan Ping as a design practice. The article elaborates on the relationship between the regional culture inheritance and the modernism practice in construction designs.

1.Abstract: This article introduced the software system named construction work site constructor manages the file, mainly is to the labourer which constructs the work site carries on the material management, is advantageous for the material manager to carry on the management, it is software which compiles under the VF6.0 language environment, may to labourer's basic information, the wages and so on enter the input, the edition, and may fast look up found conforms to the condition labourer's record. The convenience is quick, is the material manager's best choice.
2.Abstract: Through to the Nanping 文博 garden museum design practice, from aspect and so on spatial design, planar configuration, detailing elaborates the construction function, the connotation, the modelling three between relations, in the elaboration architectural design between the modernism and the region culture inheritance relations.
