在最新的牛津双解字典里的上网是surf on the internet

教材课本里似乎没有on
PS.上网是个动词，所以还是用surf the internet 的那个短语好，高中英语教材中是surf the internet,没有on的.
on line是介词短语,只是"在网上",而非"上网".
