摘要:研究入境游客旅游行为模式,对于旅游产品开发与营销有很强的借鉴意义。本文以2004年7—8月在旅游热点城市桂林所作的市场调查为基础,采用问卷调查法,在社会学、心理学、文化学、市场学、旅游地理学等学科的理论指导下,运用数理统计等研究方法,比较分析了旅桂欧洲旅游者的旅游选择偏好规律,旅游感知与评价行为模式,这对来桂欧洲游客旅游市场拓展和管理营销,旅游产品设计有重要意义,为旅游企业经营提供了决策依据。最后,本文针对旅桂入境游客的旅游行为提出了相应的营销建议,指出桂林旅游产品、服务设施等应针对不同旅游者的需求设计、开发,使其多样化、特色化、广泛化,适应市场的多种需求。
