我的电脑不知何故，关机时出现蓝屏字幕，然后按什么键都不起作用了，字幕如下：

英文的大致意思是，
你的电脑错误原因:有问题的内存(包括:物理内存,二级缓存,显存),
不兼容的软件(主要是远程控制和杀毒软件),损坏的NTFS卷以及有问题的硬件
先查看有没有什么最近安装的杀毒软件等，试着删除掉看能否把问题解决，如果不行，应该是 物理内存,二级缓存,显存 有松动或者已经损坏
我也想知道，高手进来解决一下，我也长出现这样的问题！！！！！！！
软件冲突问题,可能是防火墙或者是杀毒软件的问题.具体是怎么回事,要具体列出你安装的软件
