我电脑每次打开PPstream之后不久就会蓝屏且屏幕上出现如下字：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent demage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
Disable or uninstall any anti-virus,disk defragmentation or backup utilities,Check your hard drive configuration,and check for any updated drivers.Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption,and then restart your computer.

每次我重起电脑只要不开PPstream就没有什么问题
我的系统是XP2002 Service Pack 2

我的系统是XP2002 Service Pack 2
好象是PPstream 与杀毒软件有冲突.
可能感染了病毒。
