6. Product Warranty

EXCEL of USA shall provide free-of-charge warranty services to the product identified under Item 1 of this agreement for a period of three calendar counting from the date of delivery. In the event where returning of hardware back to factory for repairs is required, the enduser is responsible for returning the hardware to Aote at its own cost. Aite shall be responsible for the cost of returning the hardware to factory, international courier charge, insurance, customs inspection, custom declaration and local delivery to the enduser's address within China.

* Returning of hardware to factory for repair shall exclusively restrict to malfunctioning caused by natural wear and tear or quality of product. Any defects caused by improper operations of enduser or other natural disasters shall not be covered.
