请问,上述两题的正确答案,为什么?谢谢!!!!

1.D whether whether......or not 表示“是不是”。
2 B none 运用排除法，A答案，every 在句中作定语，后面应该有一个宾语。C,D 答案，在句中作主语时，be 动词应该用单数is. 所以，只有A 答案是正确的。
