Thursday. one of those lazy downstate Illinois nights when the crickets make a real racket and the moon is bright. Wilma and I were puttering around the house. At 72 I can't do quite as much as I used to, but I still get around pretty good, except when my arthritis, especially in my hands, acts up. Tonight I was kind of stiff in the fingers. Still, I figure if that's all I have to complain about, I'm doing well.
