答案是B，请问虚拟语气中should和would有什么差别么？

答案是B，insist表示“坚持说”不接虚拟，而表示“坚持要求”则用虚拟。第一个空是“坚持说”，但是第二个空应该就表示“坚持要求”了吧？为什么第二个空不用(should) do形式呢？
