Different situation, different choice.
We could not live with no money; Without love, the ralation can't last long.
So, to me, they're both essential. Must I choose only one? No need to be fairly rich, but the other has to be able to support himself or herself and his or her own family.
If one cannot ensure his or her lunch, how could him or her put heart on our love?

The first thing you should have in mind when you consider marriage is that marriage can not exist without true love. When you look for your future husband or wife, you should pay enough attention to his/her character and interests. A mariage is likely to be more successful if you two have many things in common.

Then enough importance must also be attached to a sense of responsibility. Responsible men and women put their families first when they make any decisions. They tend to work hard in order to support the family. And you can be sure that he/she would also take better care of you and your children if you are in trouble.

Last but not least, mariage is a two-way street. While we are setting up a standard for our future husband/wife, we should not forget that we should try all the time to perfect our personality in order to match him/her.
