夜斗x雪音同人漫画:打开CAJ文档时，本本就死机蓝屏，跪求大侠救命

我得本本最近在我打开CAJ文档的时候就突然蓝屏，蓝屏上出现全英文的提示，内容如下：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer
If this is the frist time you've seen this stop error screen,restart you computer.
if this is screen appears again ,follow thess steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space ,if a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.

Check with you hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .If you need to use safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe Mode.

我曾经以为是内存条出了问题。就换着用了一下长城本本上的内存条，结果当时打开CAJ文档的时候没有死机。于是，后来我就去买了两根内存条装上。但后来发现，只要我在打开网页或者运行其他程序的时候，打开CAJ文档，就仍然会蓝屏死机。不过，如果只是运行CAJ文档，而不打开其他任何程序，就不会蓝屏死机。
我为此事专门去北京的华硕维修部看过，硬件检测没有任何问题。
