你一定在为“和。。”的用法而困惑呵呵

意义上，两个是一样的

但是语法上，AND连接的词属于并列成分，
A and B中，A B是平行的

而WITH和后面的词构成“介词+宾语”的结构
A with B中，A B是不平行的， A是主要成分，with B则是个附属成分

and:
1. used to join two words or expressions
和、及、又、与、同
ex: my mother and father like swimming very much
He was cold and hungry.
2. used to show that two things happen at the same time or almost at the same time
用于表示两件事同时发生或者几乎同时发生
ex: I woke up and got out of bed.
with:
usd to show that people do something together表示人们一起做某事
ex: he never plays with his brother.

and和with虽然都有"和"的意思,但前者是连词,后者是介词.

and是句子的连词,顾名思义是连接句子或名词或短语,用法很灵活

with是一个介词,就是后面加名词或短语,用法也很灵活.

and 连接并列的名词、代词或数词and前后时态要相同.
with 有, 以, 用, 同...,由于, 和...一致, 赞成, 关于, 就.(与副词连用，表示祈使)
