先有两点算出斜率k=(9-3)/(3-(-1))=3/2 ,再由任一点坐标确定方程；
或直接由两点法确定直线方程：3x-2y+9=0
把点(t, t+2)代入方程,即得t=-5

3x-2y+9=0
