高校问答吴亦凡动漫头像:3dsmax6的问题

我是个3dsmax6的初学者，我在做简单的动画时，在将渲染前的文件保存时，开始时是出现“pure virtual function call",然后就整个软件的关闭了，看了网上的一些东东，又重新卸载注册，安装到c盘，这次不是出现“pure virtual function call"了，而是出现“an error has occurred and the application will now close."与“the contents of this file may not be intact depending on the severity of the error"的对话框，然后又重新关闭了，请大家帮帮我，这是怎么回事啊，要怎么解决呢？
这是个补丁遗漏的问题，你去下载个avi.bmp，重新替换就可以了
