LPDMS mainly fulfills the management of underling units information, the owning land dossiers of various units and types, lease expense，lease contract, transferring contract, land order management agreement, and various relative files and data. The management includes adding, saving, modification, and inquiring of these operational data. Moreover, it can calculate automatically the fee should be paid by each unit every season according to the set-up calculating flow, complete the fee work.
