高校问答曾志伟怎么出名的:无法载入c:\windows\system\psapi.dll是怎么回事

我在安装google earth时，安装系统搜寻完信息后就弹出无法载入此文件的ERROR提示框，还说this operating system is not supported by google earth ,可是我用的是winme,软件说明支持WINME啊？？
这是Google Earth最低配置

Windows ME是Windows 98的升级版，官网上说Windows 98不能使用，WinME估计也不行
