基本功应该很重要，比如说口语，发音。纯正的发音是必须的，否则会误导学生，而且学生的发音习惯一旦形成就很难纠正，所以评优质课时，这点很重要。其次要会创新，能想尽办法激发学生兴趣，才能让学生接受你。 by the way, it's not that easy to be an excellent English teacher. Teching is one of the most exhausting jobs. If you really want to be, just have a try. I totally agree with summmersnow on his opinion: Nothing is impossible to a willing heart! however, it refers to something , not all. Sometimes , no matter how much you paid , you still gained nothing. I am not a talktive person, but I am not a bad teacher. I get along with the kids very well.
