What we need is quanlity but not quantity. As we all know, if one factory operates overloadly, there must be some hidden dangers there. And more and more failure product will be made in this case. So I think elite
education is urged nowadays.

To this problem,I think the state educational department must asset a confirmed regulation for the enrollment in collage.
First,we have to admit: the progressing sociaty will need more high study-level persons.So, now the open collages give everybody a average chance:to study in college if you get the enough socres and have enough money.So,the right of education also becomes a "right" reason for the collage enlarging enrollment incorrectly.
In the oppsite side,we can see the heavy work pressure for the collage graduation.We can't confirm every gradutional student will find job.How the college will enlarge enrollment,and is there any good means?
So,We must say :the collage enlarge enrollment can't meet the needs of high school tudent to go to collage,must meet the needs of the sociaty.
