中国是一个大的国家，而且人也很多，所以每天都必须使用大量的能源。这些是在2003年，中国使用的能源比例：
从图中可以看出煤和油是我们使用的主要能源，但是煤和油的再生都需要很长的时间，而且使用后会产生大量的二氧化碳污染环境。据统计，世界上的石油库存仅足够我们使用60年，而煤是80年，所以我们必须利用可更新的能源，现在就来说说太阳能。
太阳能的力量来自与太阳，它可以转换成热能和电能。太阳能作为一种新型能源，它有4大优点：
1、它是人类可利用的最丰富的能源
2、地球上任何地方都有太阳，且可以就地开发利用，不存在运输问题，尤其对农村、海岛和偏远地区更具利用价值。
3、太阳能是洁净的能源，在开发利用时不会对环境造成污染
4、太阳能是免费的能源
但是太阳能也有缺点：
1、能量密度低，所以需要相当大的采集热面才能满足使用要求，从而使占地面积增大、用料多，增加成本。
2、其强度会受到各种因素影响，如天气、昼夜、季节、地区等
这2大缺点大大限制了太阳能的有效利用。所以我们还必须继续研究如何更好的利用太阳能。

3,the solar energy is a clean energy, will not bring pollution to environment while develop make use of

But the solar energy also have weakness:
