摘要：随着社会信息化进程的推进，网络进入了广大青少年的学习生活中，带来学习途径增加的同时，也出现了青少年迷恋网络游戏、受到网络中不健康信息毒害等现象，严重影响到青少年的健康成长，对学校教育教学秩序带来了破坏性冲击。本文通过问卷调查法对数据进行综合整理分析和对相关文献研究的整理，找出网络成瘾的原因，并结合最新研究理论提出了一系列预防与治疗网瘾的相关办法。旨在进一步加强对青少年的思想品德教育和网络文明的教育工作，切实的推行素质教育工程。
