是不是DELL机？
解决方法：

1.按下ALT-CTRL-DEL，结束ZCfgSvc.exe进程.
2.Win 2k，那么打开C:\Winnt\Systems32 on Win2K，将ZCfgSvc.exe删除或者重命名为其它文件，如ZCfgSvc.exe.bak.
3.reboot ur computer，问题解决.

PS：这的确是由于wireless cards软件（Intel ProSet software ）引起的，如果你想问题得到完美解决~那么继续：

1.在控制面板/添加删除程序中uninstall那个Intel ProSet oftware.
2.拿出你的Dell Resource CD，放到光驱，解压缩Intel Proset.
3.运行解压后的setup.exe文件重新安装Intel ProSet.

I just discovered the solution to this problem. The problem is caused by a component of the Intel ProSet software which is installed on many computers with wireless cards - especially Centrino based machines. The component that is causing the problem is called ZCfgSvc.exe and can be seen in your task list. You have two options. One, end the task on ZCfgSvc.exe and then rename the file (located in C:\Winnt\Systems32 on Win2K) to ZCfgSvc.old. I just don't like deleteing files outright - I prefer to rename them in case I need them later. Restart the machine and that should fix the problem. I don't think that this component actually has bearing on the function of your wireless card or the processor performance, but if you notice that it does, you may want to try the second option. The second oiption is to uninstall and reinstall the Intel ProSet software. If you have a Dell, this is pretty easy. First, uninstall it from Control Panel and then put in your Dell Resource CD and Choose to extract the Intel Proset software under your Wireless or Network card heading. If resinatlling it that way doesn't fix it. remember where on your hard drive you extracted it to, uninstall from Control Panel again, and then run the Setup.exe from the extracted location on your hard drive. This worked for me. Good Luck!
