这几天开机的时候都会出现一个蓝色背景的屏幕，上面是一长串英文，说检测到为了保护我的电脑windows需要关闭.然后动也动不了，我只好强制关机。有没有那位大虾可以指导一下，这是怎么回事，该怎么解决？
屏幕上的英文是这样的：
A problem has detected and windows has been shut down to prevent demage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen ,restart your computer .If this screen appears again,follow these steps ：
check to besure you have adequate disk space .If a driver is identified in the stop massage,disable the driver or check with the manufacture for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
check with your handware vender for any BIOS updates
这是不是所谓的蓝屏？
