study更多的时候是表示"学习"的意思

learn更多的表示"学", 强调动作状态

另外,STUDY带有比较专业的研究性学习,可以翻译成中文的钻研

其实只要这样来记忆:
learn是由别人来教去学会某种东西的技能.
study则通过自己已经掌握的某种技能而进一步地再去学习,study可用于自学.因为study还有研究的意思.learn则不可.

但是,前者指学习的动作,如he is studying他正在学习
后者除了指学习以外,也指学习的结果 he has learned much他学到了很多

study 强调研究,learn是一般的学习
