can't be 表示不可能(一种猜测)的反义词是must be
如:He can't be at home yesterday evening,because I was having dinner with him at that time.
他昨晚不可能在家因为那时我和他在吃饭.
很多人知道must be所以会误选mustn't
选should not就是中国式英语了,应该不是真的；因为should表示的应该是责任、义务的应该。不是中文中表示猜测的应该。
