描写父母的好词好句:cpu风扇转，可是察看转数却是0，咋个回事捏？

前段时间发现CPU风扇坏了，换了个新的，可是进入BIOS里看到风扇转数却是0，但是风扇明明是转的，CPU刚开机时温度为37、8度，也算正常，可是电脑却出问题了，2000开机到读完进度条后出现：
