原产地证没错，哪一类呢？该句表达的无关于买方清关关税，因此只需提供《一般原产地证》就可以了，此类证书在区级出入境检验检疫局或者贸促会都可办理，手续简单，费用较低。
第二点就是楼上两位都遗漏的，注意merchandise are of china origin这句话，意为：在产地证上需显示商品原产国为中国。也就是说得在原产地证上显示这句话（一般写在证书货物描述一栏）。
第三点由于是信用证交单，根据银行审证，单单一致、单证一致的原则，既然原产地证上显示merchandise are of china origin，交银行的所有议付单据，也必须显示商品原产国为中国。

其实大致意思就是如果没严格按照信用证条款做，就要扣USD80.00的不符点费。
