一般家财险的保险范围如下：房屋；房屋装修；家居用品（包括衣物、被褥、家具、家用电器、台式电脑、文体用品）。附加险有：盗窃险、现金盗抢险、水暖管爆裂等。当然还有一些责任免除的部分。北方的家庭保家财险最重要的应该是水暖管爆裂险，因为冬天有暖气。我个人觉得人保的“金锁”家财险还不错，挺便宜的（具体金额记不清了，应该在200/年以内），保的项目还挺全。最重要的是，人保在全国各地都有分支机构，理赔速度及质量应该可以保证。
