本来我用win2000的..昨晚找QQ改性别的软件...可能下到木马了(奇怪..我用正版瑞星+天网+ewido)..然后出现错误conime.exe|svchost.exe|smss.exe|lsass.exe|等等等等...平时不能结束的进程都弹了个窗口出来..全部错误...杀毒什么都杀不到...重启后还是这样...然后开始出现死机...
把win2000重新装了...开优化大师又错误(错误！wingows优化大师支持的系统操作是windows98/me/2000/xp/2003。您不能在当前的操作系统下使用本软件).......明明就是2000!!!!!!!!....再重装2000...还是一样...放弃...
只有装xp...装好...优化大师还是说(错误！wingows优化大师支持的系统操作是windows98/me/2000/xp/2003。您不能在当前的操作系统下使用本软件)....装winrar(压缩文件格式未知或已经损坏)....装ewido[the installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.

简单来说...将近所有安装程序都开不了....
最后发现......QQ也不行........实在无语了.....跪求各位大侠相救><...
再装多次windows.....

看样子还是病毒，试着将硬盘全清空吧，再从头装系统吧。估计是你用硬盘里旧有问件，病毒一直存在的原因吧？
重装系统算了。
