高校问答flusha.exe:wingate不能安装！！！

不知道怎么回事，我的电脑装不上wingate,我装的是wingate5.23的，一点安装就出现错误提示：
Internet Connection Sharing or the Internet Personal Firewall(on WindowsXP)is installed.WinGate will not cperate correctly if they are running on this computer.
You MUST disable Internet Connection Sharing and the Internet Personal Firewall in order to install WinGate.
WinGate provides superior connection sharing and fuller features than MS ICS.
我把防火墙关了也没用，哪位高手告诉小弟该怎么装。谢谢了！
