1：ActiveX
ActiveX组件实际上是指一些可执行的代码或一个程序，比如一个.EXE、.DLL或.OCX文件，通过ActiveX技术，程序员就能够将这些可复用的软件组装到应用程序或者服务程序中去，嵌入到网页中，随网页传送到客户的浏览器上，并在客户端执行。通过编程，ActiveX控件可以与Web浏览器交互或与客户交互。
2：ADSL
ADSL(Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Loop)技术，即非对称数字用户环路技术，就是利用现有的一对电话铜线，为用户提供上、下行非对称的传输速率(带宽)：上行(从用户到网络)为低速的传输，可达640Kbps；下行(从网络到用户)为高速传输，可达7Mbps。它最初主要是针对视频点播业务开发的，随着技术的发展，逐步成为了一种比较方便的宽带接入技术，为电信部门所重视。这种宽带接入技术具有以下特点：(1)可直接利用现有用户电话线，无需另铺电缆，节省投资；(2)渗入能力强、接入快，适合于集中与分散的用户；(3)能为用户提供上、下行不对称的传输带宽；(4)采用点对点的拓扑结构，用户可独享高带宽；(5)可广泛用于视频业务及高速Internet等数据的接入。目前，由于普通的Internet用户接入网络的方式采用拨号Modem的方式，因此，Internet用户的剧增可能会造成网络的拥塞(国外已经出现了这种情况)，而使用ADSL可以避免。
3：B2B
是电子商务按交易对象分类中的一种，即表示商业机构对消费者的电子商务。这种形式的电子商务是在企业与企业之间进行的。一般以信息发布与撮合为主，主要是建立商家之间的桥梁。著名的阿里巴巴(www.Alibaba.com)就是属于这种站点。例如：某商店利用计算机网络向某电器工厂订购电风扇，并且通过网络进行签定协议、付款等商务活动。这就是简单的B2B电子商务形式，是企业在激烈的市场竞争面前，改善自我竞争条件的主要方法。
4：BBS
电子公告栏。是一种交互性强、内容丰富而及时的Internet电子信息服务系统。用户可以通过Modem和电话线登录BBS站点，也可以通过Internet登录。用户在BBS站点上可以获得各种信息服务：下载软件、发布信息、进行讨论、聊天等。BBS站点的日常维护由BBS站长负责。
5:CGI
CGI是英文Common Gateway Interface的缩写，又叫公共网关接口。它是一个信息服务器主机对外信息服务的标准接口，是服务器上运行的网关守护进程。根据客户端在进行请求时所采用的方法，服务器负责收集由客户端提供的信息，并根据客户端请求的CGI脚本程序文件名执行该脚本程序。所谓脚本程序就是该程序是在CGI控制下运行的程序。CGI脚本程序启动后，服务器将客户端的信息传给此程序，该程序对客户信息处理后，将运行结果交给服务器，由服务器负责再向客户端传递。处理完毕后CGI程序结束运行。
6:Cookie
Cookie是当你访问某个站点时，随某个HTML网页发送到你的浏览器中的一小段信息。当到达你的浏览器时，浏览器通常会将其存在你的硬盘中，其中有个别存储的信息会随同你新的网页浏览请求被送回发出Cookie的网络服务器。
7:FTP
FTP是File Transfer Protocol的缩写，即文本传输协议。是Internet上使用非常广泛的一种通讯协议。它是由支持Internet文件传输的各种规则所组成的集合。这些规则使Internet用户可以把文件从一个主机传送到另一个主机上。FTP通常也表示用户执行这个协议所使用的应用程序，如：CuteFTP等。用户使用的方法很简单，启动FTP软件先与远程主机建立连接，然后向远程发出指令即可
8:Hyperlink 超级链接
又被称作WWW页，采用了把一些信息根据需要链接起来的信息管理技术。人们通过在一个文本上的链接，可以打开另一个相关的文本。目前许多软件的在线帮助都是基于超文本的，只要用鼠标点一下文本中出现的高亮度或带下划线的条目，便可得到相关的信息。在Web浏览器中看到的页面，也是基于超文本的，一个页面中含有若干条指向其它页面的链。当鼠标经过这些链时，鼠标的形状就会由箭头变为手形，点击一下便可访问该链接所指的页面。
9:DDN
DDN(Digital Data Network)也称数字数据网。DDN是骨干数据网最早的形式之一，它是一种纯物理层、半永久性的网络，也就是说它只负责把数据从A点传送到B点，而不管数据被封装成何种形式。DDN的特点是传输速率高、有保障、延时较小。用户的接入方式一般是专线，进网速率为N*64k，最高达2M，用户可自由选择DDN的业务有：(1)提供“点到多点”的电路连接，适合于用户广播发送各种新闻、天气、证券等信息，也适用于集中监控、信用卡验证、销售终端(POS)验证、预订系统等业务；(2)提供“多点到多点”的电路连接，适合于用户的网络互连；(3)在一条专线上给用户同时提供语音和传真业务，能进行标准的语音压缩功能。
