上海近期微商大会:电脑重装系统装不上!

由于我电脑丢失东西,导致windows打不开,进不去,所以重装系统,按步骤进行,到了格C盘时,突然不动了,然后出现了一堆英文:

我的windows进不去,坏了,丢失了东西.而且我就是在删除C盘时,删除不掉,所以就出了这样的毛病!
而且我第二次进去时,连重装系统的提示都没有出来,就直接出来了这么多的英文
怎么办呀
