本人xx于一九九四年进xx集团参加工作，94年至97年操作普通xx型车床，经常加工摩托车零件、机床设备、飞机等零件的加工。
98至2001年8月操作简易数控车床，主要加工美国哈斯格喀尔零件等。哈斯格喀尔零件因为浇铸件，其外形不规则，尺寸的精确度高，增加了其加工的难度，在自己的多方请教下，自制了加工及测量设备，既保证了零件的质量，又保证了零件的加工进度。
