我从没到过那里。I haven't been there before./I have never been there before.
我很久没到过那里了。It's a very long time since I went there last time.(/I haven't been there for a very long time. )
我还没去过那里。I haven't been there yet.
我打算过一段时间去那里。I'm going to go there later(/after some time).
我以前应该去那里的。I should've been there before.

PS.括号里的不确定是不是对的。

I haven't been there for a long time.（这个句子可能是错的，而且我喜欢说“It's a long time since I was there.”）
I haven't been there yet.
I plan to go there after a period of time.
I should have been there before.
