而且要求比较高,六级过了差的还都很远
需要很多年积累才行啊

Are you sure? You will be disappointed. USA and Canada respect people with honesty and integrity. There are checks and balance to ensure all money will be well spent.
If you have an uncle who has access to funding and will give you the money, that's probably a lie. Your uncle must ensure the money spent will get the results he wants; otherwise, he can't explain this to the funders. This may jeopardize his career as well.
