关机关不了
出现蓝屏和很多英文字

If this is the first time you've seem this shop error screen,restart your computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installde. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to nemave or disable components, restart you computer,prwss F8 to select advanced startup options, and the select saft mode.
然后开始记数
到了70-80左右就重启了
操作系统能正常使用
用杀毒软件杀过无毒
我是SONY的笔记本电脑
前几天发生这个情况就在重启一遍可以正常关机
今天无论如何都关不了机
错误代码是： STOP：0X000000A（0X00000012，0X0000002，0X000000，0X80501AB7）
现在是有时候会蓝屏
有时候关机又正常

具体解决起来可以试试这样：
先进入BIOS，还原默认设置，如果不行，调一下BIOS的IRQ setting，这个事你主要的报错原因，如果还不行，就要采用逐一排除的方法了，对插在主板上的硬件进行逐一排查。
硬件问题，
重新插拔所有硬件,
如果还不行就清理一下BOIS.
或者拔掉能拔的东西使用。
或者修改硬件中断.
楼猪，你的本本中断冲突了。请在BIOS里重新设置中断或把和用同一个中断的某一个硬件去掉就可以了。
内存条出毛病了.
