摘要：
通过对初中二年级女生耐久跑教学的过程评价实验后，实验组的肺活量测试数据以及800米跑测试数据与对照组对照检验，其均值提高有明显的显著性；实验组实验前后的测试数据对照，均值提高也有明显的显著性。耐久跑教学的过程评价对学生养成良好的自我锻炼习惯有一定的促进作用。对学习与锻炼态度认真而体能较弱的学生通过耐久跑的过程评价提供了该项目得到优秀和满分的机会。
