Award：Third place in second grade award of “Zhejiang Science & Technology Progress” in 2000. Then I gained the first award of Zhejiang Government Teaching in 2001.
“Environmental Impact Assessment” is an important tool for sustain development of environment and Society. Our country has stressed on this field since the Environmental Protection Law was promulgated in 1997. I have been taken up environmental impact assessment since 1985, and I have completed about 100 projects of environmental impact assessment. But during this work, I often feel that the technical methods, the environmental crisis assessment, specially my operation skills need to be improved. I wish I had the chance to join this training initiated by “England & China Environmental Impact Assessment & Strategic Environmental Assessment. Through the training, I wish to improve my abilities so that I could contribute to the improvement of the quality and level of Zhejiang Environmental Impact Assessment & Strategic Environmental Assessment.
