我的电脑不能正常的关机，关机时它会自动的描述这样的一个错误：

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software .Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use saft mode to remove ordisable components,restart your computer ,press F8to select advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.
