内容提要

改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了长足的发展,为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献,但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下民营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,如融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等。而从目前情况来看,民营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题,此问题严重阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展。因此,如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理是当前我国民营企业在发展过程中需急待解决的问题。对我国民营企业人力资源管理进行分析、探讨具有直接而现实的意义。在本文中,笔者对我国民营企业人力资源管理的重要性,人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了分析、论述,并在权力制约、提高民营企业家素质、增强企业凝聚力等方面提出了相应的对策。

Synopsis Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China's private enterprises have seen significant development in China's economic development, improve the living standards of the people have made great contributions, but with the process of integration into the global economy and the acceleration of China's accession to the World Trade Organization, in the new situation private enterprises in their development encountered some problems, such as difficulties in financing, credit deficiencies, personnel shortages. From the current situation, the private sector human resources management is a serious constraint to enterprise development imperfect a major problem, the problems are seriously hampering the further development of private enterprises. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the management of private enterprises is the current human resources in the development process of China's private enterprises to pressing problems. My private enterprise human resources management to analyse, explore a direct and realistic significance. In this paper, the author of our private enterprise human resources management, human resources management problems and solutions for the analysis, discussion and power constraints, private entrepreneurs improve the quality and enhance the cohesion of enterprises make the corresponding responses.
