摘 要
电液复合加载实验台设计主要为了模拟钻井受到地下淤泥的阻力,以及偏斜后纠正的实验。主要由轴向一个对称伺服液压缸、横向两个对称伺服液压缸以及三个电液伺服阀和实验台架。
电液复合加载实验台系统主要设计为采用电液伺服阀和对称伺服油缸进行轴向、横向加载。其系统有功率大,响应快、体积小等许多优点。本文着重讨论电液伺服阀与对称伺服液压缸的受力模型建立,然后运用负载匹配来推导出最佳功率点。
本次设计主要以武钢二炼钢厂液压站为蓝本,通过分析系统要求,设计出系统原理图。然后围绕液压基本元件、油箱及其附件的计算与选择、系统的性能校核、液压站的结构设计和伺服液压缸的前端法兰安装以及实验架的设计等展开。
随着科技的发展,液压系统尤其是伺服系统被现代工业广泛应用。但是液压系统的稳定性以及环境的控制都是比较重要的课题。展望前景,液压系统会被越来越广泛的应用。

The electro-Hydraulic complex loading table system is mainly designed for axial and horizontal loading using electro-hydraulic servo valves and Symmetrical servo cylinder。 This system has many advantages such as strong power, fast response, and small size etc. This paper discusses stress on the establishment of the mechanical model of the electro-hydraulic servo valves and the Symmetrical servo hydraulic cylinders, then induces the optimal power allocation using the matched load。
The author designed out the principle sketch of the system using the hydraulic station of No.2 Steel Plant of WISCO as the sample through analysis of the system requirements. Then extends from the calculation and choosing of the hydraulic basic elements, the gasoline tanks, and the attaches, the property inspection of the system, the structural design of the hydraulic station, the installation of the front flange of the servo hydraulic cylinder, as well as the design of the experimental table.
Along with the technological development, the hydraulic system, especially the servo system is widely used in modern industries. But the stability of the hydraulic systems and the control of the circumstance are both fairly important research field. For a view of the prospect, the hydraulic system will be used wider and wider.
