本文论述了自动化技术的发展趋势和应用状况,并介绍了FESTO公司的MPS模块化生产加工系统的特点。根据系统的调研工作,对MPS中的分检站提出了整体设计方案。

This paper discussed the developmental trends and application status of
automation technology, and introduced the characteristics of MPS modular production and processing system of FESTO company. The author put forward the whole design plans of the check-up stationin MPS system according to the investigations and studies of the system.
Using the relative professional knowledge, the author conducted a systematic designs of the mechatronics system of the check-up station,which included electric machine selection, reduction gear design, the conveying belt design,the workpiece temporary-storing equipment design, the workpiece pushing equipment design, as well as the runner equipment design. Simultaneously, the author selected the sensors of the check-up station and designed the circuit schematic diagram and the gas path schematic diagram, then analyzed the working of all the parts and designed the PLC control program of thecheck-up station.
In this design, the author protracted the assembly drawing and part of parts drawing of thecheck-up station using CAD, then protracted the parts of the check-up stationusing PRO/E,created the three-dimensional model using assembly functions, and simulated the working process of the check-up stationusing the animation.

This text discussed automation technical development trend and application condition, and introduced the MPS mold piece of the FESTO company to turn to produce a characteristics of process the system.Checked a station to put forward an overall design project to the cent in the MPS according to the investigation work of the system.

The paper dissertates the developement trend and application of automation technology, and introduces the characteristics of FESTO modular production system(MPS). After the research into the system, a unitary design blue print is offered for the distribution&check station in MPS.

Related technical knowledge is used in the scheme to design the mechatronics system for distribution&check station, including choosing electromotor, the design of decelerating device, the design of belt, buffer for workpieces, machine for sending workpieces, the design of slippery slots. Also, choosing the sensors for distribution&check station, Electronic Circuit and Air Circuit, analysing the actions of all parts as well as the PLC controller program are included.

The design provides us with distribution&check station assembly blueprint and some part blueprints by CAD, the drawing of distribution&check station components by PRO/E, then makes 3D model by the assembly function, and simulates the process movements of distribution&check station by cartoon.
