即为在复合句中用作同位语的从句
一般由that, whether等词引导，常放在fact, news, idea, truth, hope, problem, information等词后面，说明该词的具体内容。
同位语从句:是对前一名词进行进一步的说明.常用的引导词有:that,whether,who,what,why,how.
eg:
1.we must heep the truth in mind that that theory comes from pradtice.我们必须牢记一个事实:理论来源于实践.
2.the question whether we need to attend this conference is under discussion now
3.the question who will be sent to work ther has not been decide yet.问题是该派谁去那儿工作还没有决定呢.
