后金 朝鲜:为什么我的电脑老是突然蓝屏?

我的电脑一天出现这个问题好几次，现象就是电脑使用时突然变成蓝屏，最近也频繁出现这个问题，但是非要自己重启了，就在蓝屏时死机，上面有如下错误说明：a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps.
check to be sure you have adequde dispace. if a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the diver or check with the manu facture for driver updates. try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware wendor for any bios updates. disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable component, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced start up options, and then select safe mode.
