ios环信群组与聊天室:求助:蓝屏问题

刚买的电脑，当天晚上，就出现了蓝屏，电脑公司的人给重装了系统，还是有时出现蓝屏，后来换了2次内存条，都无济于事，该怎么办呢？

If problems continue ,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software .Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use saft mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startup options ,and then select safe mode.

出现蓝屏后，重新启动电脑，还是蓝屏，连windows都启动不了了，2天没开过机，今天开的时候，居然有能启动了，怎么回事？我怎么觉得电脑老是出些奇怪的问题，搞不懂?简直就是在考验我吗？有哪位高手可指点一下，在此先谢谢了！
