2，two-day weekend
The two-day weekend has brought a lot of benefits to college students. It not only offers us more time to get rid of tiredness and have a good rest, but also gives us more chances to take up some hobbies, such as fishing, reading, or gardening. From these activities we can learn many things outside the classroom, which will add to our knowledge.
Despite the convenience it brings us, the two-day weekend has also given rise to quite a few problems. The most serious one is that the weekdays are filled with more lesson, sometimes too many. Because our classes are limited to Monday through Friday, we have to take more lessons each day than in the past. This leaves us little time to catch our breath during the weekdays.
In order to benefit most from the two-day weekend, I have decided to make a good plan for the two-day weekend. Of course I should take this chance to relax. But during the weekend, I will still set aside enough time to study. By doing so ii can have a good time as well as make progress in my studies.
3，favorite TV program
The News Report has always been my favorite TV program. Almost everyday I turn on the TV at 6:30 p.m. and wait for the news program. This has become a part of my life.
The News Report contains a large amount of information – from the international political situation to the latest foot-ball game. And the most important character is its fast pace. Because of this fast pace, news programs can contain much information in a short time.
In my opinion, the News Report is more than a TV program. It is a way of communication. From this program, people can know and understand world affairs. The world thus becomes smaller and smaller. I especially appreciate this benefit of watching the news.

A piano player
What do I want to do when I’m older? Someone wants to be a doctor. Someone wants to be a basketball player because they are good at sport. Someone wants to be a writer and to make the writing. Someone wants to be a teacher because they like teaching children.
I like playing the piano and I good at it. So I want to become a piano player. Play the piano is very interesting. And you can learn something of music. Piano can make you like music. A lot of musician and singer are love playing piano.
I play the piano when I’m ten years old. Now I’m in grand five. I hope when I’m sixteen years old , I can become grand eight. I’ll be harder and harder to practise.
Become a piano play is a hard job. But I believe I can do it.

They spend all day in play them,so that they not only do bad in study butalso lead to a bad body.I think we had better be away from the vidie games to have a health body and a satisfied study.

video game is beciming more and more popular.some students are intrested in it,even become addicted with it,spenging more time on it comparing with the time spending on study.I don't think student shoud say good bye to it,some time when you are tired with study, you can have a rest by playing it sometime .but if you are a person who is lacking of master youself,you'd better not touch it.

our country has a large area of forest. however,not until recently did the goverment begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. as we may know from various sources,the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"(退耕还林）。this has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.
