这句我就看不出来by producers 是修饰responded 还是修饰expressed and reponded.
还有一句：

relative是修饰 demands of consumers还是修饰
demands fo consumers and supplies呢？
怎么排除这种歧义啊，我阅读时总遇到这样的句子。
